The Dirt Devil SD20005RED Scorpion Hand Vacuum is a nice quality vacuum at about half the price of comparable vacuums. For that price, you are still getting a nice steady suction. Includes a long 16 foot power cord for less frequent plugging and unplugging (that is a fair size of power cord cable to lug around, enough for a large apartment).
Includes Dirt Devil’s well known “Quick Flip” crevice tool, conveniently located on top of the vacuum. It works by simply flipping it open with a slim design to fit into thin places: couch cushions, window sills, and other tight spaces.
Great vacuum for quick jobs like spills and messes. A 7 AMP motor gives some more than adequate suction power for the quick cleanup jobs. Features a bagless design and easy to empty dust cup. No bags or belts to buy with this vacuum.

Many owners compliment the Dirt Devil SD20005RED Scorpion Hand Vacuum on its synergistic design – everything seemed to be thought out with the whole picture in mind: ergonomic design, thumb on/off switch, weight and feel, attachment sizes, power cord sizes: they all seem to work well together as a hand vacuum.
Also the price point is about half of comparable vacuums. This is definitely a great vacuum and a cheap vacuum. The main downside would be it is not cordless if you are looking for that. Otherwise, a very solid hand vacuum and a cheap price.
